Research Coordinator (Content Insights), Paramount

The Research Coordinator will be a member of Paramount Global’s Kids & Family Content Insights Team, supporting content research across Nickelodeon and Awesomeness, including development, acquisitions, pilot testing and current series maintenance for animation and live action production. The Content Insights Research Coordinator will assist with qualitative and quantitative research projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating quantitative survey process (gathering assets, communicating with vendor, scheduling), with oversight from team
  • Assist in the set up and coordination of in-house research projects, including kid-wrangling and respondent check-in and virtual qualitative projects (gathering assets, checking in respondents, managing parent waiting room)
  • Assist in data entry and light analysis of research projects, particularly ongoing quantitative studies, including maintaining Benchmark Database
  • Aid in planning and execution of monthly Studio Culture + meeting discussing pop culture trends; weekly content and culture trends updates for Studio staff

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint software required
  • Self-sufficient, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a kids-oriented environment a plus
  • Experience with mTAB or SPSS a plus
