Makefully Studios is looking for an inspired, thoughtful, playful, and curious production designer and animator to join our team. The person in this role will contribute to a variety of projects that inspire playful learning and will perform a range of creative development and production tasks. This position is a great fit for someone who brings a lot of heart and desire for impact to their work, loves to learn new things, and tackle interesting challenges.

Duties
Conceptual Design
- Design and develop iterations of experiences and consumer products through sketching, color exploration, and conceptual artwork
- Design and develop artwork for television and game development pitches
- Create and present comps for digital apps, games, and experiences, demonstrating user flow and narrative
- Design compelling and readable presentations for original television, games, and experiences
Production for Digital
- Character design, rigging, and animation for digital apps and games
- Background and prop design for digital apps and games
- Preparation of assets from third-party animation studios for use in apps, games, and web
Branding Design and Illustration
- Create and illustrate company branding for social media and marketing, maintaining consistent quality and messaging
Artist Mentoring
- Co-design with kids and youth to develop original games and apps
- Encourage young artists with career development and personal skills
