Member Experience Associate, HOMER

BEGiN an early learning company with brands including HOMER, codeSpark, KidPass, and Little Passports, has a newly created opportunity for a Member Experience Associate to join our growing team! This role will be 100% remote.

Reporting into our Member Experience Manager, the Member Experience Associate will be  the voice of HOMER to our members, fielding requests from HOMER members across various platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Member and Customer Experience and knows what it means to go above and beyond for HOMER members while fielding questions and resolving concerns. You will create exceptional experiences for our members that make them advocates of our business.

You will:

  • Act as the voice of the BEGiN brand while handling inquiries via email, chat, phone, and SMS to build relationships with our members, delivering exceptional experiences
  • Monitor and respond to member inquiries through various platforms, such as Kustomer, Stripe, etc
  • Work closely with our Product team, share member issues, and provide feedback towards improving the product experience
  • Regularly use and test our products across various platforms to ensure intimate knowledge of the HOMER product portfolio
  • Continuously think of ways to delight members to improve member experience and retention

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and impeccable attention to detail
  • Flexibility with work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrate empathy and the ability to take the initiative in doing the right thing for the member
  • The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • The ability to work independently and produce timely and effective results
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Consistent effort and energy

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in Member Experience/Customer Service Role and familiarity with a digital support platform
  • An interest in working for a kids/education brand
  • High level of comfort and familiarity with apps (iOS and Android)
  • Experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Scores
  • Familiarity with subscription-based businesses
  • Experience with customer interactions via social media
