Carolyn Zimatore is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at HarperCollins Publishers. In this role Carolyn is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment at all levels in the areas of editorial, managing editorial, production, marketing, publicity, digital, online, sales, special markets, legal, finance, human resources, subsidiary rights, contracts, and print and web design for the New York, San Francisco and South Brunswick, NJ offices. In addition she manages university relationships and the internship program, develops talent acquisition best practices from the very first interaction with a candidate throughout the onboarding process, as well as researches and implements innovative recruitment tools. Carolyn is about to celebrate her 10 year anniversary in book publishing! When not at work, Carolyn enjoys reading (shocking!), gardening, cooking and spending time with her 2 year old daughter.
