Jennifer Wells

Jennifer has been in kids’ product development and user research for over 25 years, and feels lucky to have had some of the best jobs in the world – doing research at the Smithsonian, launching mobile touchscreen games at PBS KIDS, and developing XR experiences at LEGO.

She has managed digital product concept and strategic development for international brands including LEGO, PBS KIDS, Universal Studios, The Jim Henson Company and many others. In addition to CMA leadership, she’s proud to be a member of the Designing for Children’s Rights Association and is a passionate advocate for ethical media and product design for children.

Jennifer notes: “Designing for kids is special – kids, their families and caregivers all have specific needs to respect and serve throughout the process.” CMA represents the best the industry has to offer!
